Andrea Navedo was born in the US and has written a number of books. She started her career in soap operas One Life to Live, Guiding Light. Navedo launched her career as an actress in soap operas for daytime TV. She starred in the ABC soap show One Life to Live as Linda Soto from 1995 to 1997. In 1999, she was part of the cast of the CBS soap show Guiding Light as Theresa Sandoval. Her film debut was in the role of Girl 6 in 1996. She went on to star on the shows New York Undercover, and The District. Navedo was a co-star in Double Take (2001), an action comedy, and in Washington Heights (2002). Navedo was a regular actor in the NBC drama show Law & Order between 2001 and 2004, playing the role of Detective Ana Cordova. Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages followed, as did Blue Bloods. Navedo was also in films like El Cantante, Remember Me among others. Navedo was also a several characters who appeared on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (2011-2013) as well as How to Make It in America Golden Boy. Superfast! is a film that featured Navedo. The Fast and the Furious Parody which was released in 2015. is a parody on the film Series. Navedo started her acting career on daytime soaps.
